1. Does wifi Use Tuya chip, so we can use Tuya apps ?  or you have your special app?  No, it doesnot support Tuya apps, we have our APP.
2. How to change Icons and Light . room name in the switch?     I attached video how to change name and icon , please check.
3. Can we create scene buttons to control multi channels from multi switches scenario?  yes
4. How to configure the switches to become a system and work together?     1. Connect wifi and open bluetooth on cellphone. 2. press wifi setting key in the switch LCD. 3. press wifi configure. 4. press QR code,  and use App to scan it to add device, then it's done.
5. What Operating system is the switch?      Switch operation system is Linux 
6. Does it work with Alexa? Siri, Google?  If yes, How please      yes, i attached video to show how.
